Yesterday, Pei (our in-house certified Passivhaus Designer) and Shona, attended the 2023 UK Passivhaus Conference.
The conference was held at the stunning McEwan Hall, Edinburgh University and focused on Delivering Passivhaus Equivalent Throughout Scotland, demonstrated by leading experts across the industry with case studies from Scotland and further afield.

Today we had an excellent CPD with @atrium.lighting who came in to our studio to talk about their product range and how they can help support us on our projects.

3DReid is working with Summix Capital, on the Maybury Quarter Edinburgh. The project will be a major regeneration of the 15.5 acres former Saica pack facility in West Edinburgh.
Initial proposals for a flagship low carbon neighbourhood aim to deliver a mix of uses, including housing, hotel, commercial and retail uses. This brownfield site is allocated in the Council’s Proposed City Plan 2030 for residential-focused redevelopment.
A public consultation programme has begun with a follow up session to the first consultation event to be held in the coming months.

The Michelin-star restaurant, led by Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen, has been working closely with 3DReid to create a Garden Pavilion that will continue to expand the food offer within Northcote.
