3DReid has reviewed a number of sites within the Millbrook Park masterplan in Mill Hill, London. Phase 5, featured here, is a development of 144 dwellings. The units range from one-bedroom apartments to four-storey townhouses, with stunning views over London. The design is a modern take on the traditional Georgian townhouse, with high-quality materials and detailing throughout.

Innovations & added value

The project is designed around a generous new green courtyard space which takes advantage of the significant level changes across the site.
