3DReid has been commissioned to design a residential complex comprising two towers of 37 floors each. Lower levels will be allocated for students and the mid to upper levels to family, with the top floors as luxury duplex. The units will be complimented by a series of amenities located at the ground floor, and community gardens on different floors of the building.

Innovations & added value

The use of BIM is allowing a base model to be created quickly, to which a number of variations can quickly be made to offer different levels of accommodation and configurations. Designing a digital block building model as opposed to CAD lines allows us to walk clients through the building as it evolves, manage clash detection with the structures and M&E and ultimately provide a strong marketing tool when the properties are ready for sale as the first of their kind in the region.
