Project description

This £8m major refurbishment of this 5-star hotel’s public areas required a simplification of guest movements to and through the public spaces, to give a better flow through the entrance and reception areas and to free up circulation space, allowing us to unlock significant new spaces for use as bar and dining/conference spaces, allowing the client to increase revenue.

Innovations & added value

We worked closely with MKV Design to provide signature interior design. Sheraton were so delighted with the results that the hotel was re-graded as one of their Grand range.

The hotel also won Edinburgh Hotel of the Year at the Scotland Hotel Awards.
