Project description

The Mill House Student Living is a new build 258 bed student residence in central Edinburgh including retail and office space.

The student apartments range in size from single studios to six bedroom flats. Each bedroom includes storage space, a double bed, a work desk and an en-suite shower room.

Our interiors team achieved a high-level of quality, specification and finish throughout all 258 apartments. The development also includes retail and workplace environments to the ground floor as well as dedicated staff facilities, an outdoor landscaped courtyard with games area along with on-site quiet study area, gym and social spaces.
