Project description

Relocation and redevelopment of an executive terminal facility, maintenance hangar and offices for major Fixed Base Operations operator. The brief required masterplanning and integrating passenger processing and office facilities with hangars provided on an adjacent site in a split mode format, whilst not hampering existing operations at the airport.

Innovations & added value

A detailed analysis of the portfolio of facilities managed by the operator  was carried out, and through our in-depth experience of FBO’s we have created a transient terminal facility that can be replicated throughout their global locations which is an efficient and cost-saving design.
