Project description

Fort Kinnaird is the UK’s second largest shopping park, with over 500,000 sq ft of open A1 retail and leisure space. For the rejuvenation of Fort Kinnaird we have recently completed a range of new leisure and restaurant units, a new Primark anchor store and a seven screen Odeon cinema. The leisure elements were shortlisted for a BCSC Gold Award.

Innovations & added value

The new 38,800 sq ft (retail) Primark Store features bespoke bronze cladding and a double height shop front. The opening of the store follows completion of Fort Kinnaird’s new leisure extension which opened in 2015.
