3DReid was appointed to design a new purpose built leisure, catering and hospitality destination for the South East of England.

The 175,000sqft development creates a series of new outdoor spaces, a covered street that links the leisure offer to the shopping centre and includes a new extension accommodating 42,000sqft of A3 Units and 133,000sqft of D2 Units.

Innovations & Added Value

The Quay redesigns the customer proposition at intu Lakeside, creating an integrated retail and leisure experience in one location.
