Planning Submitted for Colehill Gardens, London
We have recently submitted a detailed Planning Application for 13 new homes at Colehill Gardens, Fulham SW6 6SY on behalf of WhiteGold Properties.
The proposal seeks to complete the historic masterplan for the site and includes for the enhancement of the former ornamental gardens.
Primarily of red brick paired with reconstituted stone detailing, the new residential building complements the character of the neighbouring mansions, noting the site’s location within a Conservation Area and in the close proximity of other heritage assets.
The retention of a Class B sycamore tree to the south of the new building has informed the design of the building’s entranceway – set within a sweeping arc.
High quality materials and CLT structure further enhance the benefits of this project.
