We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Finance Assistant to join the team in our Glasgow studio.
Role overview and key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the running of the sales ledger
- Daily banking activities
- Weekly debt reporting
- Expense management
- Credit control
- Stakeholder management – internal with project leaders and external with clients/project managers
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have previous experience in a similar finance role
- Have good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using multiple accounting and billing systems would be advantageous.
At 3DReid we work to a flexible hybrid model. The Part-time Finance Assistant role can be flexible between 15-25 hours.
