Planning for new hotel, Glasgow

We were awarded planning consent for this conversion of a 1960’s office building in the heart of Glasgow city centre into a new boutique hotel.

The conversion involves a complete refurbishment of two of the primary facades and will deliver 83 rooms across the five upper storeys including junior and premier suites, along with a bar, terrace and restaurant.
