New Nordic inspired workspace completed
We have completed a new London headquarters in Central London for a software company with interiors inspired by Nordic landscapes, timber, forest greens and northern lights. 3DReid London collaborated with MCA Ireland, who were commissioned to design and construct the 2200msq workspace which is situated on the top floor of a Grade II listed building constructed in the early 1980s by Arup Associates and recently fully refurbished by AHMM studio.
The new high-end office reflects the company’s workplace vision, combining a variety of spatial qualities with innovation. Sustainability and energy efficiency were considered in detail as part of the design and WELL building standards were followed to enhance human health and well-being. All rooms and joinery were designed to be Part M compliant while induction loop and braille system were also installed to make the office inclusive and welcoming for all users.
The project team:
MCA – Concept
3DReid – Delivery (in collaboration with MCA),
Cushman & Wakefield – Project Management and M&E
MAC – Main contractor
