Project description
Won in competition, the 1,560 m2 development is based on the concept of a ‘floating’ office box. The occupier demanded a design that would enhance their public profile while also preserving their privacy. The brief demanded that the building be BCO 2005 compliant, have the capacity to cater for multiple tenancies, provide adequate car parking provision, and utilise mixed-mode ventilation.
