We have currently completed the multi-award winning One Angel Square, a £100 million low-energy, highly sustainable new headquarters for the Co-operative Group in Manchester city centre. There are 12 distinct Co-operative business that are to be accommodated within the new headquarters building, with the current premises spread across 8 separate buildings and a total of 65 floors.

Innovations & Added Value
At 500,000sq.ft, this is the largest commercial office building in Manchester and the highest scoring BREEAM 'Outstanding' office in the UK, setting a new national benchmark in sustainable design within the commercial sector. We are designing this project using the latest BIM software and techniques.
