A sunken magician’s lair, hidden beneath the city, accessed via an entrance below the City Library through an existing vault, which has been built into the rock and earth; a series of chambers provide the resident magician with a workspace and practice area for the creation of magic. Light is brought down through fibre-optic cables, which masquerade as existing plumbing and services within the building above.........
