Ian Kerr was delighted to have the opportunity, on 11th June, to chair the prestigious Estates Gazette Retail Summit. Held at the Andaz in London, the event focused on the challenges ahead for the retail sector following 'credit crunch' headlines and looked to separate fact from fiction.

Key players from the sector speaking at the event included Francis Salway, Group Chief Executive of Land Securities; Jonathan Robson, Director at Hermes; Jenefer Greenwood, Head of Retail at Grosvenor; and Jeremy Collins, Head of Retail Development at John Lewis.
