A mixed-use development of 4,400sqm of Grade A office space, designed to meet the 'Excellent' standard laid down by the British Council Offices, above prime retail.

Innovations & Added Value
Located within a World Heritage Site on Edinburgh's principle retail street, the project required the demolition of a listed building. The brief demanded a sensitive yet modern solution. Natural Scottish sandstone and a grid, which continues the original historic feu widths serve to maintain the character, rhythm and texture of Princes Street
