3DReid opens office in Belfast

The office is run by new Divisional Director Gerry Boyle, who joins from the John Neill Partnership.

The Belfast office has been created following the successful bid for the Down & Connor, De La Salle Schools PPP project and to satisfy the demand of a number of existing clients in the growing northern and southern Irish markets.

The Down & Connor project, for joint client O’Hare & McGovern and Interserve FM, is a new build Secondary School for 1,160 pupils in east Belfast. The challenge facing the team is to build the new school on the site of the existing one while maintaining the full curriculum. The project is due to start on site during 2008.

Gerry Boyle said: “I am looking forward to the challenge of building the 3DReid business here. There is enormous potential and the successful Down & Connor bid is an extremely exciting project to kick things off with.”
