3DReid is a leader in office design, research and best practice. We have contributed to the British Council of Offices (BCO) Guides for 2001 and 2005, the BRE research programme on Cost in Use and the Latham Committee. It is through research that we are able to deliver the best design solutions.

3DReid’s George Road offices in Birmingham are the first in the city to achieve an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating for sustainability and won a regional BCO award in 2007.

There is a growing trend to bring the office back into urban locations and integrate it fully with city life. 3DReid has completed modern city centre developments such as 40 Princes Street, within Edinburgh’s World Heritage site, and have a wealth of experience in mixed use developments.

3DReid also leads the way with fast, efficient office construction and fit out work. We researched and developed the Customised Office Solution with Laing O’Rourke where delivery times have been cut by 30% whilst improving cost certainty and quality. We are now partnering GSK and Buro Happold in a Loughborough University study into adaptability and component based construction.
